NEW RENOVATED APARTMENTS!

• Monthly rent rate per apartment: $1550 per month.
• Leases will be approximately 12 months long. We offer a flexible start date and the lease term will go through July 20th, 2025 with the option to renew.
• Tenants pay for utilities separately. Water/sewage/Gas bills are billed directly from our office, around $50/month depending on individual apartment usage. Tenants sign up with TEP for electricity, estimated around $60-80 per month.
• New amenities include in-unit washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, kitchen disposals, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets with granite counter-tops and remodeled showers
• Parking passes are $300/year and tenants are assigned their own parking space.
• Free WiFi, and apartment furnishings are provided
• Pool and grill area

Application fees are $35 per person.

The deposit per apartment unit is $1550.
